Privacy policy

This is a small website for a detailing and window cleaning company. It collects what it needs to quote and book your job, and nothing else.

What we collect

• What you give us. When you request a quote or book a slot, we receive the name, phone number, email address, preferred date and job details you type in. We use them to quote, schedule and do the work.
• What the AI receptionist sees. The chat assistant on this site is an AI system, not a person. If you use it, what you type is used to answer you and to pass your request to us. It is not used for advertising, and no transcript of the chat is kept. It can make mistakes: our written quotes and our team have the final word, and nothing the assistant says changes a price or a policy.
• What is recorded automatically. Like every website, the hosting provider records standard request data (your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.

Tracking

This site runs no advertising pixels and sets no advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss. The one analytics tool it uses, Vercel Web Analytics, counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address. The fonts are bundled with the site, so no font request goes to a third party. This site does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal, because it does not track visitors across sites in the first place.

Analytics, embedded content and third-party services

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides Vercel Web Analytics, described above.
• Web3Forms delivers what you type into the quote and booking forms to our inbox and processes it only to deliver it.
• AI model providers. The chat assistant sends your message to an AI model provider (Anthropic, with OpenAI as a fallback) to generate its reply. Your message is not used to train their models.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. None of them is given your information for its own marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising.

Children

This site is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. A parent or guardian who believes their child has sent us information can call or text (706) 949-5213 and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (706) 949-5213. California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects and to request its deletion; the requests above cover both, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
