Terms of service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
By using the SprayBros website (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes SprayBros, a mobile auto detailing and window cleaning service based in Habersham County, Georgia, and lets you request a quote or a booking slot.
Quotes, prices and scheduling
Prices shown on the Site are starting points and may change without notice. A quote we send you after seeing the job is the price that applies. Booking requests made through the Site are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them by call or text. No payment is taken on the Site.
Cancellations and refunds
Because no payment is taken on the Site, there is nothing to refund through it. To cancel or move a confirmed appointment, call or text (706) 949-5213 as early as you can. Any payment made in person or by invoice is governed by the terms on that invoice.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews shown on the Site reflect genuine customer experiences and are not edited. Reviewers are not paid or otherwise incentivized. Individual results vary with the vehicle, the glass and the weather.
Copyright and DMCA
The text, photographs, logo and design of the Site belong to SprayBros or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. We respect the intellectual property of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice describing the material, its location on the Site, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief by text or call to (706) 949-5213, and we will respond promptly.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SprayBros and DGB Innovations LLC (which built and maintains the Site) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or of any linked third-party service.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be resolved in the state or superior courts of Habersham County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date.
